Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Listamos (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Listamos is an independent listing management platform that helps sellers create, organize, and improve product listings with AI-assisted tools. Features may include account management, secure shop connection through Etsy OAuth, listing drafting and editing, and AI-assisted generation of titles, descriptions, tags, and attributes.
Listamos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
Etsy Integration
Etsy is a third-party service. When you connect a shop, you authorize Listamos to access information and perform actions permitted by the OAuth scopes you grant and by the official Etsy API. You must comply with Etsy’s applicable policies when using Etsy functionality through Listamos.
Listamos does not ask for your Etsy password. Shop connections use Etsy OAuth. You may disconnect your shop and revoke access at any time.
AI-Generated Content
AI-assisted features generate suggestions based on information and media you provide. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unsuitable phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving listing content before publishing. Listamos does not guarantee that AI output will meet marketplace requirements, legal requirements, or your business goals.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service
- Use the Service to violate laws, intellectual property rights, or third-party platform policies
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempt to scrape or collect unauthorized marketplace data through the Service
Intellectual Property
Listamos and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights to the content you submit, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the Service (for example, processing uploads and generating suggestions).
Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on third-party providers, including hosting, AI providers, and Etsy. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Availability
We aim to keep Listamos available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and temporary outages may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTAMOS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LISTAMOS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
Account Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create risk to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
