Overview
Listamos (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an AI-assisted listing management platform for sellers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using Listamos, you agree to this policy.
Information you provide directly
We may collect information you submit when you create an account, contact us, or use the product, including:
- Account information such as name, email address, and password credentials
- Product and listing information you enter (titles, descriptions, tags, attributes, pricing-related fields, and related notes)
- Uploaded product photos and other media you provide for listing workflows
- Messages you send through contact or support channels
Etsy information after authorization
Listamos only accesses Etsy shop information after you authorize a connection through Etsy OAuth. Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, this may include shop identifiers, listing-related data needed to create or update your own listings, and other information required to provide the requested integration.
Listamos does not ask for your Etsy password. OAuth credentials and tokens are used to provide the authorized shop connection you requested.
AI processing
When you use AI-assisted features, product information and photos you provide may be processed by Listamos and by third-party AI service providers to generate suggested listing content such as titles, descriptions, tags, and attributes. Generated content is intended for your review before publishing.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Listamos service
- Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions
- Connect to authorized Etsy shops and perform requested listing actions
- Generate AI-assisted listing suggestions
- Respond to support, privacy, and contact requests
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
OAuth tokens
When you connect an Etsy shop, we store OAuth tokens needed to access the authorized API functionality on your behalf. Tokens are used only to provide the integration you requested. You can disconnect your shop to revoke Listamos access; you may also revoke access through Etsy account settings where available.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers to help operate Listamos, such as hosting, email delivery, database infrastructure, and AI processing providers. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Cookies and similar technologies
Listamos may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, session management, security, and basic product functionality. We do not use these technologies to invent or imply advertising partnerships that do not exist.
Data retention
We retain account, listing, media, and integration information for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or operational requirements. When you delete your account or disconnect a shop, we take steps to remove or discontinue use of related data according to our operational processes, except where retention is required.
Security practices
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also:
- Update account information you control within the product
- Disconnect your Etsy shop and revoke authorized access
- Request deletion of your Listamos account by contacting us

Disconnecting an Etsy shop
You may disconnect your shop from Listamos. After disconnection, Listamos will no longer use your OAuth tokens to access that shop. Disconnecting does not automatically delete all historical content you created inside Listamos; contact us if you also want account deletion.
Deleting a Listamos account
You may request deletion of your Listamos account through our contact form. We will process deletion requests according to our operational procedures and any applicable legal retention requirements.
Children’s privacy
Listamos is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. By using Listamos, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations subject to applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Listamos after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.
